Why this role matters
A signed contract is the start of the work, not the end. Our customers are attempting something genuinely hard — moving real processes from deterministic to autonomous, safely. You are the partner who gets them there. As a Customer Success Representative you drive adoption of Prove7, prove value early and often, and grow a single governed agent into the way the enterprise runs.
We want someone who measures the day by whether the customer moved forward, and who builds the kind of relationship where renewal and expansion are simply the natural result.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, anchored on the outcomes they bought Prove7 to achieve.
- Drive adoption: get the first agents governed, the first Trust Scores trusted, and the first sealed audits valued — then widen from there.
- Build relationships across security, GRC, platform, and executive sponsors so Prove7 is embedded in how they operate.
- Run health reviews, surface risk early, and orchestrate the team (Support, TAM, Engineering) to resolve it before it becomes churn.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities, partnering with the AE to grow the account.
- Carry customer reality back into Product — you are the steward of what 'success' actually looks like in the field.
What you bring
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role in enterprise B2B software.
- A track record of driving adoption and retention with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project-management instincts — you keep complex, multi-team initiatives moving.
- Empathy plus backbone: you advocate for the customer and tell them hard truths when it helps them.
- Comfort with technical products; you can speak credibly about security, governance, and AI.
Bonus points
- Experience in security, infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act, SOC 2) and the buyers who care about them.
- Early-stage CS experience where you helped build the playbook and the motion.
How we work — and what we offer
Prove7 is remote-first across the United States. We hire for ownership and judgment, not for a seat in a particular building — with occasional travel to be in the room with the enterprises we serve. Expect a small, senior team where your work ships and is felt quickly.
Compensation. The target range for this role is $150K–$180K base · OTE to ~$200K, benchmarked to the 75th percentile of the US market for high-growth security and AI companies. Final offers reflect level, experience, and location, and include meaningful equity on top of cash.
Travel. This is a customer-facing role. Expect frequent and extensive travel — often more than 50% — to be in the room with the enterprises we serve.
