Why this role matters
When an enterprise governs its agents with Prove7, the platform becomes part of how it proves trust to its own board and regulators. That relationship needs a deep technical owner. That is the TAM. You are the named technical partner for a set of strategic accounts — the person who knows their deployment cold, keeps it healthy, and helps them safely climb the autonomy ladder one proven rung at a time.
This role sits at the seam of Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Engineering: technical enough to debug a policy or a connector, strategic enough to run a quarterly trust review with a CISO.
What you'll do
- Serve as the named technical owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, deeply fluent in each customer's architecture and goals.
- Run ongoing governance health: Trust Score reviews, policy tuning, connector and integration health, and framework-alignment checks.
- Be first line for technical guidance — design changes, new use cases, upgrades, and incident coordination with Engineering.
- Lead technical business reviews that show measurable progress on the customer's secure agentic transformation.
- Help customers safely expand autonomy — new agents, new workflows, new rungs on the Trust Transfer ladder — without regressing trust.
- Be the highest-fidelity feedback channel into Product and Engineering on what strategic customers need next.
What you bring
- 4+ years in a technical account management, senior support, sales engineering, or solutions role in enterprise software.
- Real technical depth — APIs, cloud, identity, integrations — enough to troubleshoot and design, not just route tickets.
- Outstanding relationship skills with both engineers and executives; you are calm in incidents and credible in board-adjacent reviews.
- Strong ownership instinct: customer problems are your problems until they are solved.
- Clear communication, especially writing — you document, you summarize, you make complex things legible.
Bonus points
- Experience with security, IAM/IGA, GRC, or audit-grade systems.
- Familiarity with Java/Spring, React, policy engines (OPA/Rego), or workflow engines (Temporal).
- Background supporting compliance-sensitive enterprises (financial services, healthcare, public sector).
